This policy sets out when refunds, transfers and cancellations are available for purchases made through drethan.ai. It applies to all purchases and forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
1. Online courses (half-day, live-online)
Applies to AI-Assisted Thread Lift I, AI-Assisted Thread Lift II, and The AI-Powered Aesthetic Practice.

Because these courses include a downloadable prompt library and template set, access to those materials is treated as delivery of a substantial part of the product. Requesting a refund before the session but after downloading materials may reduce the refundable amount.
If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may take a full refund or a transfer, at your choice.
2. The Clinical Copilot Intensive (2.5-day hybrid, by application)
Enrolment is by application and places are strictly limited.
- On acceptance, a deposit of US$500 is payable and is non-refundable. It secures your place, covers administrative and preparation costs, and reflects the fact that an unfilled place in a capped cohort cannot be resold at short notice.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the first in-person day.
- Cancelling more than 30 days before the first in-person day: the balance is refunded in full. The deposit is not refunded.
- Cancelling 30 days or fewer before the first in-person day: no refund of the balance. You may transfer your place to a later cohort once, subject to availability.
- Failure to complete the required online pre-work does not entitle you to a refund.
If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund including the deposit, or a transfer, at your choice.
3. Laboratory instruments (physical goods)
Applies to the Polymer Resin Vector Simulation Component and the Founders’ Vault calibrator.
Polymer Resin Vector Simulation Component
Returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Founders’ Vault — Precision Anodised Aluminium Tactile Calibrator
Because each vault is part of a strictly limited release and carries a serial-matched certificate, and because Master Signature units are individually laser-etched, the Founders’ Vault is not returnable for change of mind. We will replace or refund any unit that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing. Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photographs.
Items returned used, incomplete, or without their certificate and packaging are not eligible for refund.
4. How to request a refund
Contact Paddle first — Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes all refunds:

Please include your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or bank, typically 5–10 business days.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction. Where mandatory local law grants you broader cancellation rights than those set out above, those rights apply.
Note that in many jurisdictions the statutory cooling-off period for digital content does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right. Our checkout asks for that consent.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Paddle or us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in your account being closed and access to purchased materials being withdrawn.
