Description
Regulatory notice — please read before purchasing. In the United States, absorbable suspension suture devices are 510(k)-cleared for soft-tissue approximation and for face suspension indications. Application to the trunk, buttocks, limbs or intimate regions is off-label. Clearance status differs by market and by product. This course is educational content for independently licensed clinicians. It confers no indication authority, no scope expansion and no product endorsement. Practise within your licence, your jurisdiction’s regulations, your indemnity terms and your own documented informed-consent process. Where local regulation prohibits an application, this course does not authorise it.
Body threading is where the technique gets harder and the margin for error gets smaller.
Facial thread work is technique-sensitive. Body work is that, plus mass, plus mobility, plus a vector load facial anatomy never imposes. Tissue thickness varies by an order of magnitude across the regions covered here. Anchoring strategies that hold in the temporal fascia do not translate to the gluteal region. Patient selection matters more than in any facial procedure, and the consequences of getting it wrong are more visible and slower to resolve.
This half-day online course applies the same eight-station Clinical Copilot Loop established in Course I — consultation, assessment, planning, vector design, documentation, complication review, communication, follow-up — to the body, and adds the layers body work specifically demands.
Curriculum
Module 1 — Regulatory and Ethical Framing (30 minutes)
Off-label practice: what it means, what it requires of you, how it is documented and how it is consented. Jurisdictional variation. When to decline a case that is technically feasible.
Module 2 — Patient Selection and AI-Supported Assessment (60 minutes)
Skin quality, subcutaneous depth, laxity grading and body-composition thresholds by region. Building an AI screening assistant that raises exclusions rather than confirming your enthusiasm. Photographic protocol for body regions.
Module 3 — Regional Planning: Chest, Abdomen, Flank (60 minutes)
Vector architecture, anchor point selection, thread load calculation, and combination sequencing with energy-based devices.
Module 4 — Regional Planning: Buttocks, Thighs and Limbs (60 minutes)
Gluteal suspension logic, thigh and upper-arm laxity, load distribution across mobile tissue planes, and revision planning.
Module 5 — Complication Anticipation and AI Debrief (45 minutes)
Extrusion, palpability, dimpling, migration, contour irregularity, seroma and infection. Structured AI-assisted debriefs that surface the decision which caused the outcome, not merely the outcome.
Module 6 — AI Safety and Override Lab, Body Edition (30 minutes)
Trust / Verify / Override applied to body cases. Why general-purpose models are markedly weaker here than on the face — thinner literature, sparser training data, more confident fabrication. Detection drills.
Advanced Supplementary Module — released after enrolment
Additional regional content, including intimate and post-partum applications, is delivered as a separately gated module following licence verification. It does not form part of the public curriculum and is subject to additional attestation.
Who this is for
Experienced licensed clinicians with an established thread-lift practice. Completion of AI-Assisted Thread Lift I or demonstrable equivalent experience is expected. This is not an entry point.
What is included
- Half-day live online session, with recording access
- The Body & Contour Prompt Library
- Off-label consent and documentation template set
- Regional planning reference cards
- Certificate of completion
- Gated advanced module access following verification
What is not included
Live models, hands-on practice, CME credit, product supply, or any authorisation to perform procedures outside your licensed scope.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the body content framed so cautiously?
Because the regulatory position genuinely is cautious, and a course that pretended otherwise would be doing you harm. Cleared indications for suspension sutures in the US are facial. Everything here is off-label — lawful for licensed clinicians exercising independent judgement, and placing the documentation burden squarely on you. We teach that burden rather than hide it.
Can I take this without Course I?
You can purchase it, but we do not recommend it. The eight-station framework is established in Course I and assumed here.
Does this qualify me to perform body thread lifting?
No. No course does. Your licence, your jurisdiction, your training history and your indemnity carrier determine your scope. This course teaches decision-making and AI integration, not authorisation.
What is in the gated advanced module?
Additional regional applications that are not appropriate for a public product page. Access follows licence verification and a separate attestation. Details are sent after enrolment.
Is the AI genuinely useful for body cases, or is this facial content stretched?
It is useful, but less reliable, and Module 6 exists because of that. The published literature on body threading is thinner, so model outputs are correspondingly weaker and — this is the dangerous part — no less confident. We show you exactly where that happens.
Taught by Wen Hsien Ethan Huang, MD — holder of thread-lift instrument patents in Japan, Germany, the European Union, mainland China and Taiwan.
